Flight from Vancouver
Olin in Edmonton 1 and 2 Aug for meetings, so I came ahead to Winnipeg to have another look around, paying attention to the new arena. Walked a lot, over to St Boniface but never did quite get to the centre. Nice evening and beautiful hotel.
We are taking a short trip this year because I am in election mode and running for Vancouver city council in November. But we need a holiday and to keep our biking legs in gear, so we are making the Winnipeg to Thunder Bay connection.
